A hidden gem. My favourite Glasgow restaurant. I came across this restaurant by a chance google search when looking for somewhere to dine - fed up of the usual same tasting food that most restaurants serve - I wanted something “wow” ...and “wow” is exactly what we got! The decor and atmosphere is elegant, service top notch; and the food - just incredible! You can taste the passion that goes into each course. Each course is delicious (and visually pleasing) and you come out full and satisfied. During the pandemic “Bilson at home” was setup allowing customers to enjoy the delicious food from the safety of their home. We had this twice and absolutely loved both meals - the additional cheese board was a delicious treat too - great value for money! Bilson was the first restaurant we visited post lockdown - as a party of 4 we had the pleasure of dining in the private room. The room itself is beautiful and we felt so at ease with all the safety measures put in place. 5* !! I’d highly recommend- you won’t be disappointed.

Eleven heavenly courses, great variety in the paired wines, excellent service with a pleasant Glasgow style. Well worth the expense as a treat. Raring to return.
Delicious food, imaginatively served. The service was professional and friendly and the gin was extra special. Perfect wine and relaxing ambience despite covid 19 circumstances.
Always worth a visit when out of town. Service is impeccable.
