Excellent bike shop! I've used this shop twice over the last week and I can't recommend them enough. Firstly I went in to get my road bike serviced and they did a great job. The price I was quoted for the work was fair and it was carried out to a high standard. The staff are also friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The second time I used them was today. I popped in because I'm about to spray paint a cheap single speed bike and couldn't get the bottom bracket off. I was expecting to have to wait a few days as I know they are very busy however they got it off for me straight away. Again they couldn't have been more helpful not only with my bottom bracket but also answering questions I had about painting etc. I'll definitely go back there again. Thanks!

I'd give 10/5 if I could! Fantastic service. No issue was too much. They even stayed back, and helped me when a technical issue popped up so I could go away with my bike. Adjusting the bike to my requirements I couldn't be more pleased. They value customer loyalty and it really shows. Also, will not laugh at you for prancing around the room like a big wean.
Excellent Customer Service! I wasn't too sure what type of bike I was really looking for. Following 3 visits to the store, and some assistance and expert advice from Neil, I made my choice. Ellie took time to make sure I had the right fit, and after all of that, I was given an amazing deal on my bike and accessories. Will definitely be back in store as and when required, and would recommend the business to anyone who appreciates honesty and first class Customer Service. Ordered a frog bike for my 6 yr old granddaughter online. Great service throughout by the team at Billy Bilsland Cycles. Bike was prepared quickly and I was kept fully informed by email and text. Happy to recommend this shop and will certainly use them again.
Very impressed with the service from Billy Bilslands. Staff were very helpful considering I didn’t really know what I was after! They took their time offering lots of advice, trying out different bikes and getting everything set up right for me. I’m delighted with my new bike and would highly recommend the shop to others.
