Brilliant service from start to finish. Friendly staff willing to go over and above to meet your needs. We had our main bathroom redesigned, 3D design to show us how it would look. End product looks amazing and we are really pleased with it. We are having our en-suite done by them. Great virtual tour of showroom and products during lockdown.

So. The man came around, think he was the owner, to look at our shower room. Very rude. As someone else has said, very disinterested. When we told him we wanted authentic materials, marble, stone, slate, etc, he just kept repeating that he could use tiles that replicated the material. We didn't want that. Then he broke one of our bowls swinging his bag, didn't apologise, didn't offer to reimburse. And guess what? Never got back to us. Obviously they really can't supply authentic materials. Very tacky experience.
Great service highly recommend. We now have the most beautiful bathrooms used Billington’s twice now and will definitely use again.
Very poor. Waited 7 weeks for a basic design but the designer seemed completely disinterested. I really don’t recommend using them.
