Really good service and very friendly people. They transported our two cats Hera and Loki from Berlin to their home base, where we picked them up. Our two girls didn't look stressed and was reasonably comfortable. After travelling for two days, we could see they were well looked after. Thank you for bringing our two amazing girls home to us.

Julia and Paul were absolute heroes for my dog and I. Moving back from Madrid to London was so tough with all life and travel arrangements but Julia made it so easy when it came to looking after my baby. I did a lot of research and I can honestly say you can trust them with your child (my dog!). Julia followed up with picking her up prior to my flight, all paperwork was checked before hand, communication was always clear with her. Paul kept messaging me daily with pics of my doggo, while travelling, he’s an incredible human being. Thank you for bringing her back safe to me! She’s my all and the service exceeded all expectations.
Had an amazing experience with Animal Courier’s. Lesley was especially helpful with every question & concern i had. There service was fantastic, kept me informed each step of the way. Nothing, & i mean nothing i asked was ever too much trouble. I have been dealing with Lesley for the past 2 year’s & i would highly recommend anyone needing this type of service. We have used Animal Couriers to transfer our 4-month old German Shepherd Puppy, Mojo from Athens to Nottingham, he arrived to us today. We were very, very worried about him flying with some horror stories of pet air travel so we decided to hire Animal Couriers. Nevertheless, we were still worried about him being taken care of. The relief and reassurance that we got when Mojo finally got here and he wasn't scared, exhausted nor smelly (we were expecting to put him straight to a tub) speaks more than words can about how well he was taken care of on this trip. We were given the phones of the couriers and we received daily updates and photos by both Ricardo and Helen. The office was excellent with arranging for him to be picked up and moved to the hotel the day prior to the trip as well as with any necessary paperwork. We are very happy that we chose Animal Couriers and would choose them again.
Lesley patiently answered a million of my questions until we were ready to commit to moving our pet from the UK to New Zealand. Their pricing was extremely competitive in comparison with other companies and they managed the relocation faultlessly.
