Terrible service wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all staff are rude and doctor didn’t even say a word still no results two weeks later. I had my appointment two weeks ago as I’m being tested to see if cancer cells have spread to any organs and also to check my kidneys bladder etc. After being told to come to the door via text message I was left standing in the cold a further 10 mins in freezing weather no apology even though there was no one in the clinic apart from me the assistant and the doctor. Instead I got an attitude of I’ve got enough going on as if I don’t worrying about cancer, no sympathy, no care, no compassion, just rudeness, the doctor didn’t say a word just said the results will be sent to gp and here I am two weeks later still no results. And we are meant to thank the NHS for what exactly rude uncaring unsympathetic staff who delay results for serious problems.

Took a couple of weeks to get my appointment for an ultrasound, waited about 5 minutes in reception and had my ultrasound - oral results to me there and then, written results to my doctor. Free parking and friendly staff. Excellent \treatment\ in all respects.
Today I had an appointment at your Mayflower Community Hospital. I would very much like to express my thanks to the two ladies that carried out the procedure. I attended Mayflower for minor surgery on Saturday 14th January and wanted to write a review to praise the service I received on the day. The bedside manner of the surgical team was exceptional as they made me feel completely relaxed before and throughout the procedure, thank you!
Doctor referred me here probably a year ago. Never received any communications from them at all. Been chasing up with my doctor and recently they got a letter from mayflower saying I never attended an appointment. It's customary to give someone an appointment so they can \miss\ it first. Back to my head bleeding on my pillows in agony every night. Great.
