Good for small events. We celebrated my mother's 70th birthday here. The service was great. The function room was nice except that they overloaded it with tables and chairs, barely have room to move around. Nevertheless, we had a great time. The food was good and delicious.

This place is hard to find unless you're following along on google maps, and even then you have to look carefully past the vendors in front. The sign is actually on the wall inside the restaurant. Lots of space inside, and American cable news on the TV. The menu is in very bad condition, but the food is good (if they have all the ingredients - they were out of bacon when I came in for breakfast) and the mocha is excellently prepared. Relatively expensive too, considering the city it's in. But there are no alternatives that I know of in Naval.
That's the place beneath that bit of broken blue awning on the right. No signs. You have to walk to the door at the back. Look for the Naval Jollibee on Google maps. Literally spent half an hour driving around trying to find it when finally two awesome locals pointed it out to me. Not good for anyone who wants to ride their favourite motorcycle to the cafe. Parking is on the street and you cannot watch your bike. A shame as the roads around Naval are great.

Nice place for foreigners to drink coffee and have American breakfast lots of room to eat very clean.
They have good food here, try their fried chicken i heard they have a different way of preparing them! Serving is relatively plenty, great stop for meal with friends and family.
The environment is nice for relaxing but the service is very slow and when it comes to waiting of your food its really long time. Not good for family Need more improvement of interacting with there guest. PS: satisfied of there back ribs
