Horrible customer service. The store manager (older lady) was rude just because and highly unprofessional. I’ve have asked her if they could do a better deal when buying several tees, and she made an inadequate face and a petty comment, ignoring me for the rest of the interaction. It takes the same effort to be nice to customers and still say no, and still would have been ok. Instead she chose to be rude. As store manager, she should be leading by example, specially when she is surrounded by several staff members on a busy Sunday. She should have been friendly, and try to further the experience with each customer nonetheless, even when saying no to a further discount. That would have been understandable. Clearly she does not want to be there and does not belong in a retail environment, much less as a store manager. The rest of the youngest staff members were friendly and approachable.

Cheap but terrible customer service. Had to interrupt a conversation between staff members to find out a price. Was overcharged for an item that had been priced incorrectly. To top it off when I informed the lady legally she should have refunded the difference as that was the price advertised. She only offered to refund the whole product regardless.
