The mark of a great company is how they respond to issues and couldn't have been more impressed. Purchased a pair of Serengeti Sunglasses that had an issue about 1 month after purchase. I rung and spoke to a person called Eric. He couldn't have been more helpful and went out of his way to ensure my issue was rectified. Thank you Flight Store, will definitely be back.
Ordered a MyGoFlight bag over Christmas which was dispatched quickly, unfortunately I realised once I received it the bag I got a little to click happy and ordered the wrong one. Spoke to the team over the phone who were very friendly and organised a return. After I ordered the correct item, in a blink of an eye it was dispatched and at my door less than 24 hours later. Great range of product, dispatched quickly. Still advertising air freight on the website. Given current circumstances I get it may take a little longer. Just wanted difference between air freight and road freight returned, all of 10 but kept getting reffered back to terms and conditions. Dissapointing, at least remove the option if you can not gurantee it especially at the moment. 3 days later and still waiting for something listed as being next day metro to metro. Still wouldnt discourage using but be aware do not select air freight and be very aware of the terms and conditions on the website, they take them very seriously
