Nice guys who helped with some mechanical stuff on my front wheel. They also make sure that you’re not spending unnecessarily which I appreciated. They pointed to a fault that is covered under the warranty for instance. Most of all they do their best to help everyone. Looking forward to the jumbo sale on 6 December!

WHAT A LOVELY GUY TURRELL IS MY GODSONS BIKE WAS STOLEN AND THEY ARE PUTTING HIS NEW BIKE TOGETHER NOW AND NOBODY ELSE HAD THIS BIKE IN STOCK. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great service - I had just suffered a puncture on my rear wheel cycling passed the shop. I queued up to buy a spare tyre tube but the young lad help me with the repair. I was back on the road in no time. Thanks!
