We recently had our two bikes serviced and repaired by Bike It and were so impressed with the care and customer service we recieved. A small business run by real bike enthusiasts, who go out of their way to be helpful, and know what they're talking about. We will definately be returning for our every bike-need and can't recommend them highly enough!

Purchased two Specialized electric bikes from Lee & team at Bike it and never looked back. We have a motor home so these bikes are a valuable asset when out & about, would not be without them. We would recommend e bikes to anyone who may find hills a bit of a struggle , they bring the enjoyment back to cycling without wearing yourself out. Any problems Lee is always willing to go the extra mile to assist (not that there have been many) and service is always spot on. We would highly recommend Bike it they are a first class cycle business. Phil \u200d️\u200d️
As many reviews state, this is an excellent cycle shop.. .Great location with parking close by .Very informative, knowledgeable team .Great Service & Value for money .This is a super busy shop so make sure you plan ahead if you want service work. Sad to see that somebody gave a 3 star negative review just because there is a waiting list for servicing.. You're not reviewing the business ( L Marshall), you're annoyed because YOU didn't plan and couldn't get your bike serviced when you wanted.. Same would apply if you needed to visit the dentist, hairdresser or your car needs servicing Lee and his team offer an unrivalled service to the local and beyond cycling community and has done so throughout CV-19, keeping his customers moving in very difficult times. Business's like Bike-It need our support as they support us, at the end of the day hes trying to earn a living to support his family Do the right thing and delete your review, its damaging a five star rating.
Brilliant service and super helpful. I called up to ask if they could fit me in any time soon for a general bike service and the man on the phone said he was booked up until October, however went out of his way to fit me in the next morning as I needed my bike for the weekend. The bike was serviced and ready to be picked up before lunch time on the same day! I live in Bath so it's a bit of a drive for me to get to, but after trying multiple Bath cycle shops with no luck, I was so pleased to be accommodated. I will definitely be coming back, definitely worth the extra step to drive out to Radstock!
Fantastic local bike shop. I have been so impressed with the help, advice and support in purchasing a new bike. Every time I have spoken to Lee the emphasis has been on what I actually need as opposed to trying to up sell me products I don’t. There is clearly a passion for bikes and this comes through from the customer service; the emphasis has always been concentrated on achieving the right bike and fit for me. This has been achieved, the bike I have now taken ownership of has blown me away compared to my old one and I am now looking forward to switching my emphasis from running to cycling, thanks Lee!
