Took my MTB in because the rear gear shift was misbehaving. The problem was rapidly diagnosed, fixed, and the bike returned with a full explanation of what had been done. Fast and excellent service at a very reasonable price (they have a price board for common work up in the shop and it all looks very fair). I will definitely be using them again.

I moved my custom from one bike shop in Scarborough to here after being quoted 250 for a service. Bike It did exactly the same service for half the price. I have found them to be extremely professional and efficient. They will generally get your bike back to you the next day if they can.
