We recently purchased a home in Tidewater Golf Plantation and had a bike that hadn't been used in over 20 years. I stopped by The Bike Doctor and had the distinct pleasure of meeting with the Owner/Kelly and her colleague/Tom - who happens to handle all of the bike repairs. My bike was totally updated within 75 minutes and ready exactly when Kelly said to come back...new tires, tubes, pedals, basket, cleaned/oiled up, etc. We plan to rent our place in Tidewater and will definitely be referring all of our renters to The Bike Doctor. Kelly also has a flourishing bike rental business...31 years of renting bikes without a single incident. These folks were so personable and professional it was a joy to meet them. Before you leave don't forget to ask Kelly what stocks she's buying-she's got a terrific eye for winners!

The clerk didn’t seem to want to be bothered from sitting in her chair out front. She did finally come in to check to see if we were stealing anything. When we asked about seat covers, she pointed to where they were in the store. Obviously doesn’t need the business. The older gentleman that works on the bikes in the back was much more accommodating.

This women is not interested in selling bikes. She made my husband and I feel like we were imposing on her time by asking questions about bikes we were interested in buying. She was more interested in berating the child there for touching her pizza, that she ate while talking to us. She was so lovely, as we watched the pizza grease drip down her face while she talked to us. May I never have to enter that place again. I could go on, but I won’t.
