The staff here seem quite friendly and helpful. I'm not a regular but noticed how they greet some customers by name who I can only assume are regulars. The place is tidy with shelves stacked in an easy to identify manner. The young lady pharmacist is very approachable and knowledgeable. The high level of service plus convenient parking space outside means I'll most likely use this place again rather than the one closer to me.

Staff here are shockingly lacking in customer service skills, they are quite frankly rude, abrupt and insensitive. Avoid and use better pharmacies in the town.

The staff in this pharmacy are so friendly, welcoming, reassuring and professional. I used to use another pharmacy in town but changed to this smaller practice because I was so impressed with their knowledge and speed on fulfilling prescriptions. The pharmacist is amazing and does her utmost to be efficient, so friendly uses my first name with a smile and always asks how I am. The rest of the staff follow in her example. The store itself is clean and well stocked. I have never had to wait long for my meds. They collect my prescriptions straight from my G.P. Highly recommend. If I ever have a query/question I call and speak to them, they always find time to be helpful, which is just what the doctor ordered when you are feeling poorly.
