I bought a bike online elsewhere and when i could not align the brakes i decided to go into Halfords Biggleswade to see if they could help. Not only did they help me with no charge they gave the best customer service and knowledge I have had for years. I was so impressed. Will definitely be purchasing through them from now on. Thanks to the lad who sorted my brakes!

Great customer service ! As soon as I started looking around for a bike part to buy, a guy came towards me. He then understood the size I needed and recommended me the right one. I then came back the next day to exchange the part (my fault), and was met by another member of staff kind and helpful as the other. Exchanged that free of charge. Yes they got very young staff, but willing to help and with right positive attitude! Well done! Don't blame them hard for small mistakes

A large range of auto glym products some on offer. I would have made a purchase had there been staff to help with my choice. However the store was reasonably busy and in the current climate it doesn't matter where you are these are difficult times
