This was first class. Sam was very easy to deal with over the phone. Not only were they cheaper than the big boys but with first class customer service with it. When I arrived Richard (the manager) was warm, friendly and comprehensive in what had to happen and how the van worked. The van was a 62 plate and in very good condition. The inside was bigger than I expected. When I returned it the give back process was very easy and not stressful. I would recommend them to anyone in Romford and surrounding areas. Bigger is not always better as Big White Cube proves.
