It's sad my elderly father just wanted to purchase a plain bouncer for his 12 grandchildren to use this summer but because I called and placed the order with my father's credit card they didn't want to place the order. I understand fraud but wanted him to go into the bank and send payment electronically . The owner Robert said well their are many vendors to choose from but this is the way it's going to work and asked if he is willing to go through the bank and send funds then we can do business . So we didn't do business with them and I am writing this because it's wrong. I asked him if we can video call with driver license in hand or pay with my card in my name but he said no so ??? I guess i am just venting at this point .

In 2019, I purchased an obstacle course from Big Top Inflatables to add to my indoor playground. Due to the pandemic, we were forced to close our doors. After a year of uncertainty, we were preparing to return to home deliveries when our business trailer (containing our equipment) was stolen. Thanks to the kindness of friends and family, we are able to purchase new units and Big Top Inflatables was the ONLY choice. Robert and his team listened to our needs and worked with us to customize a package that will jumpstart the rebuild of AIRENA Fun Center. They provide high quality products and friendly customer service. We will return to Big Top for future purchases!
