Good products at reasonable prices. Really good customer service. No matter who you talk to they are always polite and friendly. Take the time to listen to what you need and make useful suggestions. Other companies should take a leaf out of their book. Local businesses like this are worth supporting. Ditch the national online businesses and support them.

Stumbled across the big print shop whilst looking for some custom-made blinds. Easy to search for the design and order the blind. What was a pleasant surprise was that (unlike other blind companies we have used in the past) we received an email with a link to the design job for confirmation before printing (including all dimensions). This was a boon because at this point I realised I had made a slight error in measuring, not massive by enough that meant the difference between ‘OK’ and ‘perfect’. A quick email response back!next day got the revised job to confirm. I was phoned to confirm delivery date, and it arrived (pretty early too!) as promised. The packaging was very sturdy (and a bit bigger than I had imagined). The packaging had been damaged in transit, but after checking the blind, no damage found. Great, professional service and good value. Would certainly be using the Big Print shop again - already have another window lined up.just got to decorate first!

Brilliant, helpful, great value and completed promptly. Would highly recommend. Banners were well packaged and with good sized eyelets were easy to punt up.

I ordered custom image blinds and was very awkward. The images I sent were not the best quality. Big print shop sent me samples of what the blinds would look like to see if I would like to go ahead or not. I decided not to and instead I managed to find alternative larger images which they promptly sorted for me. The blinds look fantastic, they are excellent quality. Communication with Big Print shop was very timely throughout the whole process, even though they advised there may be delays with covid. Really happy!
