Big Pan Paella Company

Big Pan Paella co catered for our outdoor wedding last summer. From the initial enquiry to the final clear up at the wedding, they were superb, particularly Darren who took care of us throughout the entire process. Food was fresh and tasty- cooked really well and prices pretty much unbeatable considering we went for the full package including drinks. Thankyou so much guys, you made our wedding very special.

This company was booked for my nephew’s wedding on July 21st 2018. They were due to serve a meal of various paella’s at 3.30. They arrived slightly late bearing in mind that they had to cook and serve a meal for 150 people in just over an hour. Their arrival was heralded by an extremely loud bang as they reversed their van into a tree next to the marquee exactly at the moment the couple were taking their vows. There was then a screech if brakes and wheels spinning as they sped off again with no explanation. By 4.30, over an hour after the food should have been served, they hadn’t returned and were not answering calls from either the bride or groom. They eventually returned at 5.30. The Big Pan Paella Company had forgotten their big pans!! The food was finally served several hours late on an exceptionally hot day when many of the guests hadn’t eaten since breakfast! The groom had paid for their services up front so naturally, there was no apology! Since then, the bride has been trying to e mail them and call to request even a partial refund but needless to say, they haven’t responded! Don’t touch them with a barge pole. The stress generated renders the quality of the food irrelevant!

Amazing evening food for our woodland wedding!! We were so impressed with the service and quality of food. Service was speedy and big pan paella were completely self efficient. Our guests loved it and there was plenty to go around and some!! Can't recommend these guys any more!

Excellent paella.We had seafood and veggie options. I loved the seafood and the vegetarians were very complimentary about their option. Friendly chef too. Thoroughly recommend Big Pan Paella
