They have good tasting ribs but not consisted. Sometimes they are tough and full of fat. It upsets you when you think you're getting something good and drive out the way to get it and it's not good. Snoots are great.

Ordered 1lb of rib tips, received nachos & soggy corn chips. Was traveling from Little Rock AR, very disappointed when I reached home in Rockfordil.
Fast and friendly service!! I mainly went for the caramel cake and it did not disappoint. I bought several slices to share with friends. I told them that they have not had caramel cake until they had Big Mama's. I hate fake caramel cakes made with eagle brand milk. This is the real deal! Better getcha some!!
1st time my son had pig snout and thought it was really good. Ribs were good with or without sauce. The loaded fries are a must. Next visit I am going to try the Cooter.
Great food and real value for your money. I especially like the cooter fries - almost a meal by themselves!
