Man, I had really high hopes for this place. It was recommended by a friend that knows the owners of the restaurant. The food was okay. Surf and turf was mediocre at best, steak was okay, but the lobster was hard and dry. The Caribbean snapper that my wife had was good. The conch fritters were alright. The reason for the negative review was the service. Our waitress Gabrielle was terrible. She got our drinks and got the app going pretty quick, but then 40min went by before she came back to take our order. 5 tables that came in after us were sat, ordered, and served while we waited. We almost just left. I am generally pretty understanding, as we have both worked in the service industry, but this was just about the worst service I have ever encountered ever. I generally tip 25-30% for even average service. At one point the waitress came to the table to ask if we had asked for a side of sauce. We didn't. Not sure what else to say, the other waitress was killing it. Might give it another shot, but dang.

This is a must see place, the customer service is excellent I was able to meet the owner and experience 3 different chowder. The grill oysters were fantastic and the Crablegs was tender and very tasty as were the peel and eat shrimp. It will be one of the reasons why I want to come back

Always delicious and fresh! Fun cocktails. Might be spending a bit, but worth it. I will say that last time I was there I thought it was too crowded for covid. I hope they can space people out more and still make money for themselves.

Stopped by for a quick in between bite. Heard many great things but has never been able to stop in. SO CUTE! Tori, our server, was awesome ... very nice, informative and personable! Lobster bisque, mussels, oysters. Everything was great tasting. And they have seafood for sale. Thank you for great time.

First time stopping here - we got take out for a work lunch. The (lunch) fish tacos are a lot of food but they are very bland and are mostly just a vehicle for the creamy sauce which is also boring. The slaw wasn't crisp and seemed at least a couple days old. The thick flour tortilla (not grilled or charred at all) seemed misplaced in the dish as well. The Conch T&C soup was good but a bit underwhelming and again maybe under seasoned. The fish part of the fish and chips were oily and under seasoned as well. The chips were solid. Bummed about the food after all the strong reviews. Maybe takeout isn't their thing but that's tough for business during a pandemic. Overall we probably wont be back due to the execution of the food combined with the cost (vs other lunch options).
