You want to go give this a try just for the setting of an old gas station. Limited menu but the food is good. Except for a couple of stools, all seating is outside, so weather is a factor on your visit. Parking is good enough. But the service...Well, it is serve yourself, walk up to the counter and order, go find a table and get settled. The issue is the gal behind the counter. Four of us went and when we got to our table we all remarked that it's a sure thing nobody goes for her cheerful personality. We won't be back.

The food at Big Earl's is amazing! This hidden gem located in beautiful Cave Creek is a must visit. Truly one of my favorite burgers. If you haven't eaten at Earl's then you are missing really missing out.
Great burgers, great fries. Cool place with history. One of our family's favorites! Outside patio is great scenery. Right in old town Cave Creek. Maybe a little overpriced, but its a local business with a near cult following. Worth every penny.
This IS a TASTY burger! Way Way worth the stop. Cave Creek has such a community that welcomes all to enjoy. I would have have to say the Friendliest city in Az with an Atmosphere to prove it. This is the closest drive to to get away and you'll always want to return! CAVE CREEK STRONG!
Delicious food, but, they delivered us cold food 30-minutes after we ordered. Every item we ordered was cold, and this really ruined it for us. Additionally, I told the employee to omit certain things from my burger due to allergy, and she delivered food I asked to be omitted due to said allergy.
