Great big shop - friendly staff and great selection
Called in today to pick up a couple of things, great little shop, super friendly staff, really helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back when I need stuff!
Bought some of their Wax Melts on one of our many trips to Penclawdd a few months back. We were the only people in the shop then. Wanted to get a few more this bank holiday weekend. Popped into the deserted shop on Saturday morning. Checked the door for signs and nothing about dogs so entered with our small french bulldog (on a lead) A young lady came rushing out to tell us dogs not allowed ???? Had the place been full of people and plushly carpeted I could understand. The wife said I should stand outside with the dog while she bought what we wanted, my thoughts were they did not want our business so we left and will not return.
I order wax melts quite often from here, smell gorgeous and great prices too. Never had any complaints about any of my orders.
