Great experience! Ordered carry-out rib-tip plate and smoked turkey leg with sauce on the side. Food was fresh & perfectly seasoned without being salty or overcooked. Meat had a nice crisp on the outside and moist and juicy on inside. The food to-go presentation was nice and neat, side items were in separate containers so no messy run-off like other places. Understandably call in orders have to pay with card, in which I only pay in cash so we took a chance and placed the order in person expecting a long wait but very surprisingly the wait time was only 10 -15 mins max. Overall very great experience with Big Bills and we will be repeat customers.

The Meats (Pork, Beef, Poultry, Fish) are tremendous! (Lamb is available via advanced/special order.) The Side-dishes are of generous portion and delicious! The desserts are made-from-scratch and are simply wonderful! All in all, I strongly encourage one to dine at Big Bill's in Whtehaven and/or East Memphis!
Love love love this place. Super clean. Clean bathrooms. Comfy atmosphere. Awesome customer service and the food was delicious. I had the ribs with potato salad and spaghetti. That potato salad makes you wanna slap your mama! The bar makes strong drinks. I will definitely be back to this establishment!
The first time we had called in for pickup. The food was great‼ Today we came to dine out on the patio. Nice day out and the food was fantastic,. The only problem we had was the music was explicit. Not family oriented for kids. Maybe they should change the music up for all to enjoy. \u200d\u200d\u200d
