First rate trailers and first rate service, well worth the 240 mile round trip to collect and drop off the hire trailer. Needed one to to take one of my bikes to an annual owners club event in Poland involving A 2,000 mile round trip. I thought I wanted one trailer but Ia advised me on another which turned out to be excellent advice. will definitely be back again.
'One instinctively knows when something is right' as an old advert used to tell us and this was certainly the case with Ian at Big Bear Trailers. I had asked a question about how I might use a trailer and Ian answered that although it was feasible he wouldn't recommend it - clearly jeopardising a potential sale. No flannel, no attempts to steer me to another trailer, just a straight answer to my question. Emails, then phone calls were exchanged and between us we found a solution to what I needed. Ian's honest approach and helpful attitude were refreshing and ultimately encouraged me to buy a suitable trailer with which I am very pleased. I would recommend Ian and his company without a second's hesitation.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that are genuinely a pleasure to work and we are delighted with the new Debon C500 trailer they have supplied to us. I was recently in the market for a tow bar for my Skoda Fabia; to my surprise the market is flooded with people fitting tow bars. I filled in the quote request forms and rang one or two. Some didn't come back to me and some took days. Ian came back to me with not one option but two very quickly. Ian was concerned I had the right electrics for my application and nearly new vehicle. He recommended I talk to the manufacture re the warranty so that I didn't blight my self in the future. I found Big Bear to be very caring, professional and competitive. I would recommend Ian and his team every time for all your towing needs.
