City of Big Bear Lake Department of Water

Very knowledgeable, accessible, and professional. It's nice to be in a small town where you can find people who care that will take the time to answer your questions and help with your problems. Special thanks to Jason in water testing. He was very helpful and informative.

We’ve owned a home in Big Bear for a little over three years and water, water management etc. has been a challenge. We dealt with a large leak, mainline issues, city water issues, and most recently my lack of understanding with the new computer system & billing process… Every single time without fail we have received caring, professional, and thorough assistance and with timely help we’ve overcome each challenge with positive results. Most recently I visited the office and was helped by Yvette who re-explained everything (that I had apparently been sent in the mail) and helped me to understand the new system. I’m very grateful.
