Incredible experience. I have literally walked in from the street. It was not planned and it really was a spontaneous decision to check it out this day. Wide entrance gave way to a spacious hall that led to a much bigger space where the main event took place. I was given some time just for myself to look inside and outside of the available vehicles. The demo mode was on so it was quite rich experience already. After a few minutes a salesperson approached me to address questions and doubts. Finally I was invited into a separate space with a wide multimedia screen where I was able to customize the feel and look of the car as well as add features I wanted to have. Surprisingly at the end of the process the salesperson asked if I had some additional free time for a test drive. I hesitated for a moment as I did not expect that without a prior booking. Naturally I said yes and was assured that on my return the offer for the model of my choice would be ready. It just happened that the test drive car was very close the one I built virtually. Quite surreal if you think about it. In a matter of a couple of hours I got to know the car, configured my dream model and went out to test it. It was a genuine SPA for a car buyer. Thank you VOLVO.
