Lost for words, I’ve brought and sold through this company and after my recent experience I’ll never step foot in there again. The gentleman owner was threatening and aggressive and all I was doing was dropping items off for the next sale. When my 75 year old father asked him a week later for an apology for his behaviour towards me he just said “it’s my business, I’ve got nothing to apologise for” I buy and sell through most of the Uk auction houses, and this company has very little knowledge and no customer service skills. And if the owner is reading this, you may own the business, but you don’t own the loyalty of your customers, and if you continue to upset people, and as you can see from your reviews I’m not the only one, you will have no business..... I’ve just read the reply from the owner, please read it for yourselves as it clearly shows the total disrespect that this company has for his customers. I would really recommend a job change, perhaps a lighthouse keeper.
