Always friendly and very knowledgeable. Due to the current covid restrictions make sure you book for appointments as you can't just turn up. Have always used them due to their lovely staff and will continue to do so.

Took a while to get in due to the current situation we are all in , The persons I came in to contact with found exactly what I claimed to be a very distressing situation with my eye and that the HNS Have claimed wasn't there, and dismissed the problem , Specsavers found it and not only the option who examined and tested , called in the eye health and senior consultant to confirm her findings , absolutely Brilliant professional Service

I recently had an issue with my glasses, and I was so pleased that it was sorted out without any quibbling, and I soon had my glasses back. The staff are always so pleasant and friendly, and very professional. I have to say, though, that you need more staff on Saturdays. Today, I had quite a wait before I was spoken to at the reception desk. It couldn't be helped, everyone was rushed off their feet! The phone rang several times while I was there, and went unanswered, because everyone was so busy. None of the staff lost their cool, and they all remained polite and friendly, but they were clearly under a lot of pressure trying to deal with all the customers. I'm sure they could do with one or two extra staff.
