Adam is an excellent coach! Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about everything to do with technique and mental strategies for you to reach your goals. It’s a great facility, and you get that personalised feel you don’t get from bigger gyms! I would recommend to anyone who wants to get better with technique in both their physical and mental game and have fun with fitness!

Adam is a brilliant coach, he is very knowledgeable & supportive & always finds a way to break things down & explain them in a way that I understand to help improve my technique. An excellent facility with a great atmosphere, I really enjoy my sessions here.
