The best bike shop! The folks who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job of tuning up my bike every year. Their prices are fair, their selection of bikes and gear is great!

I was turned on to Dave and Bicycle Chain by a respected colleague here in Saint Cloud. While there are a few local shops here and one that I historically would bring my business, none of them are a Specialized dealer (except Eric's but I avoid that place like the plague). I know that referral business is important to small independent shops so I gave it a go. There was a delay from Specialized on the bike I chose, but I was kept fully informed on the status and they had it assembled and ready promptly after it's arrival. Fantastic customer service both in and out of the store, they've gained a new repeat customer. If you're looking to get onto a Specialized (you should be), they have more knowledge about their past and current lineup than any other shop I've visited. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. It is nice to learn things I should and should not be doing or using on bike parts. So thanks for that and for making me feel welcome and appreciated. You'll be my first stop for bike needs.
Oh man this place is great. Not only did they do a great job fixing my bike but they did the great job fixing my boyfriend's bike after his accident. And considering how long bike repairs are during covid-19. We ended up being able to go in and out when we had a small issue. Really recommend!
Extremely knowledgable and passionate staff and owner. Great with all rider levels. Best shop around!
