Been in this store couple of months ago and I was pretty much kicked out of the shop. I was browsing to buy my first aquarium (to offer my children) and trying to gain ideas. The manager approached me and started by asking if I need any help and then telling me off that they are not inviting people to do browsing in their shops for safety reasons. The shop was empty at the time and I clearly did not impose any threat to H&S. Also to mention that by that time the shop was not open just for click and collect, but instead open to public as normal and there was no notice on the door to prohibit potentially customers to buy in the shop or having to spend time to make the purchase. Shop is amazing but management is bad. This wasn't about H&S and there isn't any policy on this company that stops people from browsing in their shop before they purchase. This could only be seen as discriminating behaviour and bullying. After all I end up not buying anything as I felt really uncomfortable and I hope this review helps senior management to make changes.
