Great service from start to finish and they really looked after my dog. She had a spay and the surgery went really well. The entire process from pre-op to collection was pleasant and stress free. The only minor negative was the surprise charge for the dog-onsie, which my dog was wearing upon collection and I didn't really have much choice but to pay for. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints and I'd be happy to recommend to anyone.

Our lovely Angel had a terrible accident on Sunday,resulting in tearing her skin away from the top of her leg. She needed surgery and lots of stitches. She is slowly getting better. The vet was very good and has done a great job. We are very appreciative to harts surgery. Although it was very expensive ,we are lucky we could pay for it. She is worth every penny. It most be awful if you couldn't get the funds together, what would you do , and what would happen to your treasured pet.

First visit and quite impressed, friendly service from both very and reception staff. They also have a good virus control procedureto keep people apart. Ring to let them know you're there and they fetch you from the car park.
