Been to these guys a number of times. Honest friendly service. Don’t try and take you for a mug like some of the other garages in the area. I would recommend to anyone who wants an honest M.O.T centre, competitive pricing and good availability.
I recently had an MOT with this garage which my car failed. I was quoted roughly 250 to fix it however I was charged around 330. I didnt notice at the time but when I went back to get it sorted they were very rude and belittling. Although they did admit it was their mistake they I was refused a refund. I would not recomend as they made no effort to reslove the problem.
It was absolutely a wasting time and money!!! I paid 40 to get the MOT done but my car failed! They told me what needs doing but they can get it fixed for another 2 days so I took my car to a mechanic I always been using! I got the car fixed and I called them to book for a retest and of course they told me I had 24 hours to get the car fixed and returned for a free retest because I passed the 24 hours they said it's going to cost an extra 25 for re doing the MOT. So I decided to find another garage instead of going back to them in Oxford and pay an other 40 rather than return to them. It's your call but I will never return. As far as I know 24 hours it's illegal 7 working day i believe the minimum they should give you! Thanks but no Thanks
