Used Bicester garage for the first time today as was close by and needed a repair. So glad I went there will definitely be taking car there in future. So helpful and friendly would highly recommend. Thanks for all your help.

My daughter broke down at the M40 Bicester Services. Having to travel up from London to reach her, I had Googled garages in Bicester so that I could see if I could tow her there. I found Bicester Garage Ltd in central Bicester and gave them a call explaining the situation. They were very helpful and said that they would look at the car if I could get it there. Unfortunately when I arrived at the M40 Services my daughter was too upset and I called Shaun at the garage to explain that I wouldn't be able to tow the car there. Having spoken to his colleagues, he said that they would come up and help get the car back to the garage. Wow! A few minutes later they turned up and after having an initial look at the car helped drive it back to Bicester Garage with me following. Once at the garage they did a full diagnostic check and finally identified a faulty air con pump which was affecting the engine timing as it is all connected via the serpentine belt. Air con now turned off they got my daughter's car safely running again so that we could make our way home. I could not have asked for a more friendly and caring service and the team certainly went more than the extra mile to help us out. A great team! You have my heartfelt thanks for all of your help today.

Recently took my old Audi A3 in for an MOT and service. They managed to get me in within a few days. They kept me informed of the work that would need doing and charged me a fair price. They didn't do any work without informing me fully and getting my approval. Will definitely be using Bicester Garage again in the future.
