The timer at the top ran out of battery of the filter kettle, so no display. It seemed to be a sealed unit. Contacted Brita, Customer Care and they were very helpful and positive, offering a free replacement. Not only that the options to them on the phone were incredibly user friendly. Over all a good experience. Well done Brita!
