Wow just about sums up our overall experience. We called in without an appointment to look at the used vans. What we wanted to see had been sold but there was still plenty of different makes, styles and sizes to look at. We met Karen whilst wandering about the displays and the rest is history. We bought a brand new van with confidence of understanding what we were buying. The layout is perfect for us and just what we wanted. We've owned a caravan before but that was 10 years ago and the technology has changed a bit since then. Karen guided us through our many questions and requirements. Her knowledge is outstanding. We struck a great deal on the accessories we needed and collected the van two weeks later. The ATC we had asked for was delayed from the supplier so we returned last week for that to be fitted. Booking in was easy, communication with Tracy was excellent and we collected our van as arranged. We wouldn't hesitate in returning to Bicester Caravan & Leisure, indeed they will be servicing our van when it becomes due. In the mean time we plan on making plenty of use of it. Thank you Karen, Tracy, Chris and all the team.

From our first visit the staff were informative, pleasant and not at all pushy. We picked out 2 caravans, returned 2 days later, saw Richard and deal done. The day before collection we had 2 hours of info, demos and helpful tips, which were very useful as it's been over 40 years since we've had a caravan. Cannot praise Richard enough for his help and banter, with lots of laughs. All the other staff were equally helpful and nothing was too.much trouble. No negatives at all and would highly recommend this friendly, professional helpful company.
