Great service, just tried Prentice for a gas bottle delivery as my normal local supplier has gone ‘National’ and can’t seem to deliver a bottle in less than 3 weeks. My delivery arrived in 48hours and was cheaper too! 5 stars Prentice, excellent!

Very friendly family run business with prompt delivery. I've been using them for my heating gas for the past few years. Whenever I order its always delivered quickly, quite often the next day.

Worst Customer service I have ever received, 3 faulty gas canisters across 3 months and refused to refund or replace them, despite us spending 300 per week with them. Never have I met a company who would not work together with a customer to solve the problem, instead just point blank refuse to refund faulty bottles and refuse our custom in future, as it is not there fault and claim 2 are not faulty!!! in over 20 years of using gas i have never had this problem. Will never use again and will ensure everyone is aware of this issue.
