Great restaurant and fantastic customer service. The cocktails were great but some of the dishes were hit and miss. A lot of them were very salty (and my tolerance is quite high) but I question some of the pairings e.g adding soy sauce to oysters which are already salty from the sea.

1. Served the first half of the starters on the table, already started cleaning the other half while the table was by far not even finished. Very unprofessional. 2. Did not ask for drinks, walked past the table many times without noticing we didn’t even have glass on the table. 3. Why would u deepfry lamb chops? 4. Took the plates but left the rest of leftovers on the table 5. Friend his birthday was at 00:00, served his birthday cake at 23:50 while no one was expecting. Made it weird. 6. Lights were way too bright to be any cozy, no possibility to turn them down a bit.
Loved our visit here. Staff is very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. We enjoyed different seafood and meat dishes. Their home made bread is unreal! The design is next level and this even shows in the plates, where we got suprised by the great serving of the croquetas. Would highly recommend!
We love this place and the setting but unfortunately it is getting worse over time. We have been going to Bibo since 2015. On our last visit in August the food was simply not edible. To start with the bread was old, reheated, oily and chewy. The Oxtail Brioche was soggy and ruined the taste. The King Prawn Tempura was very salty and the DG sauce was extremely salty to the extent you can not taste anything else (note that we both love salty food). Finally the tiny portion of steak (I would say 70 gram maximum for Euro 30) was good but again the potato puree was extremely salty. I really do not understand how DG (if he still owns the place) allows such food to be served. The extreme salt use means either it is to cover bad/old ingredients or the chef has lost his taste for salt. This was definitely our last visit to all DG restaurants. We had a reservation at Lena the following week which we cancelled. It is really sad and I hope someone gets these comments seriously.
Always a nice visit here! The mocktails are equally good or even better. Service is also on point and if you are an early eater as myself you will also get a table, just show up when they open you will be able to dine for 2 hours.
