Staff is very cooperative. An ideal private sector bank. But it took many years for ICICI Bank to come to Bhiwandi. I have account in it when there was no ICICI bank's branch in Bhiwandi, I had to go to Thane for opening a/c in it. When I asked staff at Thane, When are you coming to Bhiwandi? They said, "Very soon". It took 8 years since then.
