Plan your whole day even for small work. Because they comes at 10:30, and you have to take sign of atleast 3 persons ( varying upon the work) after 10:30 one person will go for lunch around 11:30 and then another on 12:30 and then another 1:30 , in this way they take lunch for around 4:30. So you cannot find all person at a time so you have to wait for all day. They do not value your time. Even many of them goes to their home for taking lunch. In this way you have to waste all your day for even a small work. So please plan accordingly because we cannot change them afterall they are government employees .
The RTO Bharuch is such a neat and clean place. But the employees and officer work at Test Driving Department is not behaving well with the people who came for test, they are not answering the questions properly asked by the people came for test, simply their way of talking and tone is bad
I have Passed my DL test on 25th January and on website still it's shows your license approval is pending. Today is 22nd February nearly one month still i didn't get my license.worst service ever.
It is a really bad place... Really disappointed by the work of the staff... They aren't even ready to help anyone nor they even care about the visitors... I had an exam pending and on the site while filling the form, there were no options for payment... But when I reached there, after traveling 59km, they say u r not eligible... First pay the fees and then only we can take the exam... I agreed to pay but they say get out of the premises and then pay it online... Like it was just a matter of 300 rupees and they could have helped it... Atleast guided me how to pay and which site to open for the payment... But no, for them, it hardly matters... But thankfully, the police who guard the gate r so helping in nature that they took all the pain explaining... Yet the site is so user unfriendly that it wasn't ready to complete the payment... And once tried to pay, second attempt could be made only after 35 mins of waiting... Hence, I had to get back to my home traveling another 59kms nd not even getting my work done...
It is located on National Highway near Vadadala Village. Now a days RTO is online so educated have advantages but illiterate will be having problems in getting on line appointments for RTO job. Always busy in the morning time. Driving test is done with strict rules and is on track with camera. Working patterns have been improved with Government efforts. Agents are always busy. ** If you like my review please like it **
Worst experience ever..... Not once but so many time. The staff members of RTO not behaving well with people. I have a right to ask questions because I am not coming daily here so if I ask 10 question then it's duty to give answers of my all questions with proper explanation, but I don't think they are serious about their duty. I think they need some behavioural training how to behave. Second thing is They don't have value of time...... They are treating people like papet...
Very bad experience because officers take big lunch time not give proper answer to visitors. Rudly behave . All staff indirectly forward visitors to contact agent. That's truth of this office
