They only serve offals (the other animal parts) you won’t find anything regular here. The tongue 40 TL and the cheek meat 140 TL were the best and highly recommended

A different place to try offals. Known in istanbul for this delicacies. We tried the cold serving with lamb brain (not so tasty, probably because it was boiled, the texture was as you expected to be), cheeks of lamb was braised, they were so good and other part next to the eyes, the skin i guess, well again the texture you expect but with nice flavor. The service includes some salad, pickles and bread. In my opinion the taste would be better if it was warm, but we choose the cold one so its on us :)
This is Lunch 1.01, later I'm having Lunch 1.02 Mr Google led me here. This is one of the rare times that I've been well advised by Mr Google (Democracy sucks). Baba Sögüs means \father of Cold cuts\. I had mutton cheeks. Had a blast. 5.5 I'm coming back. They have Ris de Veau, Veal tongues and many other delicacies. Note: I think Olive oil goes extremely well with these cold dishes. It is available on request.
