Robert Dyas Bexleyheath

A pretty decent instance of Robert Dyas with good deals at times. Staff are always helpful.

Lots of choice, but disappointed they didn't seem to have bird stands/table as previously. Happy with my 50p bargain of spaghetti measure though!

An excellent store where you can buy stuff off the shelf without sodding about with on-line shopping.

Absolutely outstanding range of kitchen essentials. SUPERB. I often burn my bacon on my pans and I therefore would like to thank you for all the pots and pans. Goodbye

Staff are very unpleasant. Not helpful. Another branch checked their stock levels for me. When I got there, the supervisor said they didn't have them in their stock room and denied stocking them. He did this without actually looking for them and physically checking. Also, one member of staff was quite rude and alluded to her retirement, therefore she no longer cared to give good service. Their actual words were \if it's not on the shop floor - we don't have it\. In a cockney accent by the badly groomed supervisor. They also made many jokes which seemed very unprofessional, that O would say are not for a customer's ears. Quote disgraceful. HR should should consider closing this store with the type of staff it has. They're being carried by the good branches of Robert Dyas.
