I started seeing Robbie when I developed problems with my Achilles. As a runner I was very keen to get back running ASAP. Robbie devised me a plan with exercises which I religiously followed and would see him for treatment and was back running in no time. Robbie was very thorough and helped me to build up slowly. I am now back running good distances and have had no problems with my Achilles. I would highly recommend Robbie and know a number of runners from my running club have also benefited from his treatment / plans. Would definitely be using Robbie again for any injuries I may develop.

I started going to Robbie around November time after I hurt my knee when I ran the virtual marathon. I was very impressed with how professional Robbie is and how clean his consulting room was especially in these Covid times and masks were worn at all times. Robbie asked lots of questions about my injury and was very thorough with his examination - he gave me exercises which I could easily follow to improve strength and also showed me how to do them properly which was very handy as I’m more of a visual learner. Strength and stamina exercises which I built up over a number of weeks and I’m pleased to say I’m back to running without knee pain by following Robbie’s instructions I would highly recommend Robbie as he’s professional, friendly and always encouraging. I have been for three sessions with Dominic since the start of the year for a shoulder injury that's been lingering about since October - he's been fantastic, professional and followed all COVID safety guidelines for all my appointments. He is very knowledgable and has helped me to understand why my injury has occurred, and how the manipulation and rehabilitation exercises are helping towards recovery and strengthening of the muscles. Would highly recommend the practice, friendly and professional service in a clean and calm environment.
