It is so nice to be able to give a personalised 21st Birthday present especially in these exceptional times So I was pleased to have found your company which we used for the first time, I was very impressed with the excellent Customer Service we received and we are delighted with the plaque for our Granddaughters 21st Birthday which arrived one day , yes one day after we ordered . Paul was very efficient and was most helpful when I spoke to him as I had a problem with what I thought was me not using uppercase letters, after I spoke to Paul he sent me a draft copy of what the finished plaque would look like with a request to let him know if it was OK, my answer was a very positive yes; its prefect. This level of customer service is rare today although many try this is one company that succeeded I will be recommending your company to family and friends Thanks for a job well done and good luck for the future Rick Mr R Hailes

I started using Engrave a Gift in 2013, when I was trying to find a retirement gift for a colleague. I was looking all over to find something but I was unable to find anything within the price range I had, I walk pass a shop in Bexleyheath and went in to look around. I met Paul and started taking to him about my problem. He suggested some ideas and we come up with a solution to the problem. An engraved decanter within the price range I had. All went well, I now had other gifts from him. I even had two roses engraved for my wife on two valentines days, they look good in our display cabinet. I needed to design an award for our Health & Safety committee, called Jeff Rush Award. I went back to see Paul and we designed the award together which has now been awarded 5 times. I always look for good quality and value for money, I believe Engrave a Gift has that. So if you’re looking for a private gift or corporate awards I would definitely recommend Engrave a Gift. I bought a watch as a gift for a special birthday. I wanted to personalise the gift but wasn’t sure if this could be done because of a logo on the back of the watch. However, I contacted Engrave a Gift, Bexleyheath and was given good advice and excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. The engraving looks fab and has really made the watch into a unique present that lets the person know how special they are. Thank you.
