Sent wife to B S B GB Ltd, 28 Heathfield road, Bexleyheath to buy pre-paint, couldn't believe she came back telling me they have never heard of it? They asked her if it's for cleaning?, my wife replied she doesn't know. I have been buying from this shop for over 40 years. I remember when Brian was the rep, Howard was the boss? Can't believe they didn't know what the product I wanted. Obviously the staff needs training, to know what products they are selling.
After many years as a customer. I had an issue with a particular paint. After spending well over 100. I even called the paint brand management who said ask a member of staff to book out an member to come out an investigate.I was completely palmed off told im doing something wrong. Zero effort to look into it. I went elsewhere and had no further issues. I had the paint looked at elsewhere and there was certainly a mixing error or a gone off batch. Not recommended. Reluctant to help attitude.
