The most amazing night ever! I manage to book the Arcadia Lounge last minute when I was in desperate need of a venue for a party. I planned a surprised party here for my partner's birthday, and Nathan from the very beginning and his security were extremely accommodating. All my needs were catered for, the venue was stunning and well kept. everyone who came had a great time. And it truly was a day to remember. Every one was friendly. It was a wonderful experience that everyone will treasure and remember for years to come. Thanks for everything Nathan!

disgrace no social distancing what so ever, i dont buy the whole \ they are in a bubble thing \ as previously said by the owner. this place is why we will end up back into lock down. ive been to other bars where the social distancing is much better controlled, groups of 6 means groups of 6. in here they come as groups of 6 once they are in the door or in the smoking area all goes out the window. queuing outside with no distancing what so ever. hold your heads in shame

Paid 10 to get in then got seated in the upstairs area just waiting for almost 2 hours to be seated in the downstairs area! We had no table service so there was no social distancing measures in place. We got sat right next to another group of 3 strangers from another group. Absolutely not on! Would not come back here again! Very unorganised and favouritism in place !

Absolutely horrible! Went to leave the bar with my two friends and was followed and harassed by 3 older guys the whole night and continued to follow us. Security sorted the issue but we was still anxious to leave the bar in case the men were waiting for us. We proceeded to leave through another exit and the head of security was appalling and ‘chucked’ us out the same exit as the 3 men and continued to say there was no issue with the men so we had to leave!. As 3 girls 2 of us felt very uneasy and scared and the head of security put us in danger by ‘chucking’ us out. Will never be coming back here again! I advise all girls to never come here because you may be put in danger like we were.

What an amazing place they re opened tonight and had all the social distancing under control. Great Music great atmosphere really nice place they have worked out social distancing perfect well done
