Great shop and bikes really helpful staff but only after buying bike over 1000 customer service not great originally ordered a 500 bike no contact from shop I phone to find out what's happening only to be told it's not coming for possibly another 2 months oh and you now need to pay 650 no courtesy call to tell me if I hadn't phoned wouldn't of been told. But once I said cancel that 1 and get the 1000bike customer service was great but should be the same what ever you spend.but can't fault them after the not so great start just treat everyone the same no matterr there spend. Thankyou for reply in the end was very happy and will continue to use your store but if I don't mention small issues will never be improved, obviously if no new news no need to phone but in my case it had been put right back originally told 1st week of February and also a price hike so in that case there was info to be updated

A good selection of good quality bikes. Not ideal if you're on a tight budget. But certainly worth a visit.

Great service, I dropped the bike in late on Wednesday afternoon and expected a few days before I got it back. New bottom bracket fitted and a phone call early Thursday morning to say it was ready. Would fully recommend
