I always have a great experience in this store so always try to make sure I stay loyal. The staff are always so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When I bought my vape a few weeks back I didn't have a clue where to start they walked me through all my options and helped me work out the best option. Best of all they gave me a demo on how to change coils and got me set up to go on right away. I have recommended this store to many work colleagues who vape and would recommend to anyone. Great store and great staff

The man in this shop is the rudest and most irresponsible person I have ever met. He has treated my girlfriend disgustingly and takes no ownership for his mistakes. He accused her of lying about faulty batteries which had been provided with the ecig that she purchased from this 'shop'. She has spent so much money in there only to be lied to and untreated completely unfairly. Will be spreading the word.
