I hate to give a 1 star rating to a charity but the manager of this place should NOT be working here. The staff are all great as you would expect but the manager belittled me and my wife for receiving a foodbank voucher when me and my wife had no food and as she had started a new job and we wouldnt get paid for another month that \we shouldnt be getting one\. He did this in front of the staff and other people in the main reception where everyone could hear. We felt AWFUL. Obviously he doesn't care about peoples welfare or their feelings. CAB would do well to remove him as he is one of the few people who get paid for what they do which is disgusting.

Depends who you get to help you some are very helpful ...the last time i was there i felt the lady was judging me..but overall most are very good.
