Wickes

I had an online order recently and there had been trouble with the delivery. I was impressed because I had the reassurance that the manager (Russell) was resolving the issue for me despite the fact that his supplier was actually letting him down. It did get resolved and I'm not sure other stores would have made the effort required which I think makes the difference.

Good sized buildings supply store located on the far western edge of Ravenside Retail Park. Free parking available directly out front of the store. Great range of products and they have a really good bathroom/ kitchen showroom area on the upper floor. Quality is good and prices are reasonable.

Always pop into this branch if I need anything for DIY. Staff are always polite and kind to me when I ask questions or need some advice. This branch seems to be very well managed and is well stocked when ever we go there . Great parking outside . Thank you wickes!
